While I studied at Carnegie Mellon University, I was a peer tutor for students in Calculus, Entrepreneurship for Computer Science, and English 101. As a peer tutor, I would hold weekly office hours in which I could provide feedback to students on their homework, as well as 1-on-1 peer-tutor sessions. I can tutor in a variety of programming languages, including Visual Basic, Python, C, C++, MySQL, Java, HTML, Processing, and PostgreSQL. As a kid, I was always taught that education is one of the most crucial elements in life. With a mother who is a professional teacher, I have always been intrigued with the profession and the sense of fulfillment it provides when you help someone achieve what they thought they were never capable of achieving. I have been grown up seeing my mum inspiring me and her students to believe in themselves to be independent, confident, and precise while solving their problems. I want to teach my students these things.
